flow: both had decent flow.... jms's may have a bit better

punches: definitely bizzey won this category.....just about every bar was a punch.....jms had a couple good punches....just not as many and they werent as good as bizzeys

multis: obvious that bizzey has this category too....he had mad multis all throughout the whole verse....jms had nice multis too.....they were not as easy to spot as bizzeys and there were a whole lot fewer
