LBL Championship Match: 1. Butler (7-0) vs 2. Shake-Zula (8-1)

Dope battle here. Both had a lot of quotables yet the voting was quite one-sided to Butler. I though it was a lot closer than that as both dropped dope. Check the top punches for all the quotables, 5 a piece. In the end though Butler won this 5-1.

LBL Contendership Match: 3. Mimesis (11-1) vs 4. Mercules (4-0)

Mimesis no-showed. Mercules won.

5. N.Tavarez (7-1) vs 6. pictureperfect2 (5-3)

I saw this a different way to the majority vote. Tavarez dropped and I didn’t think he dropped good at all really, he had like mad average stuff mostly but he had a peroxide bar that was dope. Picture in my opinion dropped better, he had a border bar and landscaping bar that were both dope. Yeah the whole foreign thing might be played on Tavarez but he flipped the personal well. In the end though the voters thought Tavarez dropped better and he won 4-2.

7. Sonny Dimebags (3-1) vs 8. Feeble Minded (4-0)

Feeble Minded no-showed. Sonny Dimebags won.

9. Roger Glocks (6-2) vs 10. So Rell (10-6)

Pretty tight battle here. Unexpected winner as well, well at least based on rep. Rell took this in the end by quite a large margin. Glocks dropped and he dropped ok, had a good thought punch that was cool. Rell dropped and he used an archived-history bar that was nice, but he had a lotta lotta played stuff. In the end though this went to Rell with an end result of 6-3.

11. Nasdeey (3-2) vs 12. SlicKnife (5-1)

One sided battle here, and it seems like Slicknife is now back to how he was dropping when he was first in the league. He had a dimensional bar that was dope and a cylinders bar that was fucking raw. Nasdeey had a skittles bar that was cool but Slic was all round better and he won this 4-0.

13. Untold (2-0) vs 14. Ace Heratoga (5-1)

Good battle here. Ace dropped first and he dropped a cool verse. Had a couple of quotables with an un-defeated bar and a go out on a limb bar that was dope. Untold aka Met-A-4 dropped and he had a cool verse also. Had quotables in a walk in the park bar, gangsta shit bar and a last resort bar that was cool. Close battle but in the end Untold won this comprehensively 8-1.

15. Out Writechas (3-1) vs 16. E.C (5-2)

Double no-show. Both lose.

17. ClasSick (3-0) vs 18. Marcus Aurelias (1-2)

Marcus didn’t wanna give ClasSick an extension so Marcus wins.

19. rexless (2-3) vs 20. D.Stroyer (1-1)

Eh battle. Rexless dropped weak and had nothing I liked, he still needs to sort his style out, get a proper structure and everything. D.Stroyer dropped better and more polished and he won this 3-0.

21. J Bee (2-1) vs 22. DaTrusHurtz (1-0)

J Bee showed up mad late with a whack verse, so DaTrus won 8-0 sorta. DaTrus came pretty nice though, he had a BJ line that was cool and a JBL bar that was also.

23. GC (1-0) vs 24. Gopha (5-2)

GC no-showed. Gopha won.

25. Erel Avent (5-1) vs 26. Euthanize (2-1)

Erel dropped first and had a pretty decent verse. Had a couple of decent bars and I was feeling that plots line, fresh concept. Euth came ok but didn’t drop anything quotable really. Erel Avent won this 4-0.

27. JTR (8-6) vs 28. Realism (1-1)

Realism no-showed. JTR won.

29. T.r.oo.P (2-5) vs 30. Rae Report (1-2)

Weak battle. Only got 1 vote as well so it reflects it I guess. Rae had the troops dying bar that was pretty cool and that’s the only bar the voter quoted. Troop came about the same sorta standard as Rae though so it was up to SlicKnife who won and he voted for Rae. Rae Report woulda won but he didn’t vote, so Troop woulda won but he didn’t vote either. Double loss.

Sense no-showed. John Hensley won.

33. Nick Knack (0-0) vs 34. Original (0-0)

Nick no-showed. Original won.

This was again another rushed battle. Ill dropped weak. Defcon dropped better, but he used a geico bar, that’s awful lol. Defcon won 1-0.

37. Wireless (0-0) vs 38. Precize (0-0)

Weak battle. Both rushed and it was really obvious. There was nothing that was outstanding in this battle at all, but Precize was better. 1 week rule applies here, make sure you both vote 4 times next week or you lose. Precize won 9-0.

39. Ouch (0-0) vs 40. Dae Killah Kaze (0-0)

Ouch was a fake lol. He’d signed up for this league and the PRBA also, had people believing he was ouch for a couple of weeks then someone came into a thread of his over on Project Rhyme and accused him of not being ouch, due to the way he spoke. So they ran an IP check and it was an English IP. Ouch is from America. So yeah,

41. Jonathon (0-0) vs 42. Yung Impression (0-0)

Eh battle again. Jonathon didn’t drop great, his concepts were pretty stale and he used a couple of “your life is the computer” bars that are never good anymore. Yung dropped better but only just, seemed like he rushed his verse. He should solely concentrate on this league and really try then he’ll elevate nicely. Yung won this 4-0.

43. SPuL (0-0) vs 44. K.ontroverz.Y (0-0)

Kon no-showed. SPuL won.

45. Malicious (0-0) vs 46. Revelationz. (0-0)

I wasn’t feeling this. Malicious didn’t drop anything I felt really and his verse was pretty much whack. Revelationz dropped better, he had a crying over nothing bar that was pretty dope, I was feeling it quite a lot. Neither voted, but based on the 1 week rule, Revelationz had better vote next week or else he loses. Revelationz won this 3-0.

47. Ken`Pho (0-0) vs 48. Nick Fletcher (0-0)

This was onesided. Nick dropped pretty good, he had the runnin shit and Ken, Ryu & Guile bars that were dope. Some other pretty decent stuff as well like the 47 bar. Ken Pho dropped average, he had a lot of played stuff like the grape/whine bar, raise the bar/delete thing and a plane concept. He’s not bad as he words his stuff aight, his concepts are just not at all fresh. Nick won this 6-1. A lotta beefing going on as well involving Ken vs Nick and well Met-A-4, SPuL and others. Shit was funny, and beefing is good for a league which is why I left the posts in there.

this should be a pretty dope match. in all honesty, i see Butler sweeping the votes, but i feel since Mercules is battling a pretty worthy opponent, then he may drop his best yet.. giving us another dope champ match. but overall, i got Butler taking this.


LBL Contendership Match: 3. N.Tavarez (8-1) vs 4. Sonny Dimebags (4-1)

hmm.. i don't really see this as being close, since i really can't understand why sonny's in the contendorship match. no offense to sonny at all, but his skills just don't compare to Tavarez's. unless Sonny can pull something out'a his ass, i don't even think it'll be close at all. sorry sonny, Tav wins, imo.

5. So Rell (11-6) vs 6. SlicKnife (6-1)

hmm.. this is going to be a dope battle. these two bring fresh shit to the table. first off, i've noticed how much better rell has gotten through time. i really think he may have what it takes to beat slick, but on the other hand.. slick is nice. he has really polished himself up from what he used to be. overall, i see slick taken this, just by a nose. but g/l to both.

7. Untold (3-0) vs 8. Marcus Aurelias (2-2)

yea, this kid Untold seems to be rill ILL. i don't really see Marcus as even being competition for him, but i can't be biased.. well, maybe since Untold is dope. well, enough about talkin how dope i.. i mean, Untold is. yea, this is gonna be another easy one to call. if shake shows, he'll beat Nasdeey easy. Nas hasn't really elevated too much yet, so i'm not even gonna say it'll be close. Shake will win by a mile.

these two battles are pretty even, imo. but, @ the same time, i think dth has the edge of battlin just a tad bit more. i know d. stroyer from another site and hes pretty good, but i got dth just takin this one because of the expirience he has.

13. Gopha (6-2) vs 14. Erel Avent (6-1)

gopha and erel, hhmmm.. not really sure between these two whose better. at the moment, though, i got Erel winning this, but just by a vote or so more. gopha's good, but can he be as creative as Erel.. we'll see soon enough!

well, this seems to be another good battle, if BOTH parties decide to actually show on time, or atleast SHOW! but if they drop, Hens will probably get this and well, i have faith in JTR, but lately he hasn't been droppin up to par.

i don't know much about defcon, but original isn't bad. so in the sense of me literally, barely knowin
anything about either, i'm just gonna go with Original.

Precize isn't bad, i hope hes gotten better since the last time he came around. and Yung, well, he doesn't seem to be on Pre's level yet. so, because of expirience, Precize all the wayy.

this shouldn't be too hard for Spul. Revelationz didn't seem to drop anything to impress me last week, but then again i may have just looked over the battle, so i gotta say i got Spul takin this fairly easy.

another easy battle. rex isn't close to bein as good as nick, so nick's also going to take this easy.

25. ClasSick (3-0) vs 26. Euthanize (2-2)

this shouldn't be too close either. Clas is Sick![/dope nameplay]. euth's alright, but has no where near the same ammount skill as ClasS. ClasS should take this pretty easy, imo.

don't know much about either, so i'll flip a coin and say.. Ill.Eyes is gonna win. sorry to both, but i'm not really familiar with either.

this could be close. Jon's from RapBattles and wasn't too good there, but from what i've seen, has improved quite a bit. Kon ain't that bad, he just needs to start coming more fresh. so, if they both drop above average, this could be a dope battle, but because of expirience, i'm goin with K.ontroverz.Y

i've seen both @ RB and i've seen both have elevated. this is gonna be hard one for me to call. i'd say that this match is fairly even and well.. when it comes to who i think will drop harder, i feel malicious can win this if he battles fairly. but ken might get the upset.. so who knows?

33. Phryme (4-1) vs 34. §aNK-TiON (0-0)

Phryme will win this if he shows. haven't been impressed with Sank. so, if Phryme decides to show face for the battle, he'll win pretty easy.

Nash a.k.a. Tortilla Chip, is good. i have no idea who Mystic is, so i got Nash taking this bout easy.

37. Brock Sampson (0-0) vs 38. WillNova (0-0)

well, i see Brock Sampson is here. from what i know, hes a dope head from RM or PR(maybe both). so it should be cool to see what he'll be dropping this week. as far as his opponent, the name looks/sounds familiar, but i dunno if hes competition for Brock.

last, but not least.. MarvJay and Direct. well, i don't know much about Direct, so out'a popularity, and who i've seen more of.. i got MarvJay takin this.

Nick Fletcher – Dude always drops fresh, sometimes he comes to corny but when he doesn’t he’s one of the top battlers in the league.

Precize – When he tries he has a lot of ability. Definitely one to watch and one of the most fitting for this section.

Phryme – Back in the league after reaching the champ match last time but no-showing. He’s nice and he’ll be high up in the rankings very soon.

Brock Sampson – He’s a pretty nice head. I haven’t read much from him but some of the stuff I have read has been nice. So yeah, definitely don’t sleep.

Top 10 Power Rankings

10. ClasSick – Shouldn’t really have lost last week but Marcus wouldn’t let him post after the extension. He should be right back up in the rankings though, this week’ll just give him a chance to make his record look better.

9. John Hensley – You already know enough about him. Has won practically every league there is to win, yet he hasn’t won this one. If Butler is still champ when Hensley reaches the champ match that’d be a dope dope battle. So yeah, he’ll be in the champ match soon.

8. DaTrusHurtz – Working his way through the league but has had really easy battles so far, has an easy one this week as well so we’ll have to see how he does against a dope battler.

7. Shake-Zula – Dude dropped well in the champ match last week and as long as he keeps showing he should be in the champ match again soon enough.

6. Untold – Has done nicely in the league in his second stint. Whether or not he can beat the real top competition is to be seen, as he hasn’t faced anyone of real quality if I remember correctly.

5. So Rell – Had an ok verse last week but there was loads of played stuff in there, that could work against him for this week if he uses the same type of stuff again.

4. SlicKnife – Dropped some dope shit last week and it seems like he’s back to how he was dropping before. I see him reaching the contendership battle next week.

3. N.Tavarez – He didn’t drop as well as he can last week but he should step it up for this week.

2. Mercules – He sneaked to the championship battle but there’s no doubt that he’s still a nice battler. Whether or not he can beat Butler I dunno.

1. Butler – The man is just on fire lately. He’s been defending his title with relative ease and I see him winning again this week. Could be on course to become the longest reigning champion soon.
