In "Till I Collapse" by Eminem, he says hes got a list of who he thinks are the best rappers.. it goes like this:

I got a list, here's the order of my list that it's in
It goes Reggie, Jay-Z, 2pac and Biggie
Andre from Outkast, Jada, Kurupt, Nas and then me

the key word here is Reggie... who or what is that?
