well i guess i have gotten my label...i've had three people tell me thats what i am...except i really have no clue who a indie rapper is... like atmosphere?...but i am glad to know my thing.. where woudl you put yourself? and why... or what have others said about your stuff?

WTF?...indie is an abbreviation for INDEPENDENT!! any rapper that's not signed to a major label is an indie rapper, got dayum -smh-
it's not about your content, it's about the level that the label you're signed to is on...or if you're signed to a label at all...every one on here that actually raps is an "indie" artist... if ya'll don't know that you shouldn't be rapping, ROFLMAO...I thought somebody would know or ya'll was just playing or something but I guess not -smh- I'm going to bed...good-FUCKING-night :)... |

"indie" is not a genre of anything...it's a category for ANY artist that's not signed or not signed to a MAJOR label...

basically people say "indie rock" and we say "underground rap"...it's the same thing, we just use different words...but it's "independent" if you're not signed or are on a minor label...
