New School Rule
 

So this year at my school, I find out that if someone attacks you, you can no longer defend yourself... You are supposed to accept all attacks and "tell a supervisor" later... If you do defend yourself, you recieve the same punishment as the person that attacked you...

How fucked is that?

c'mon...NO ONE attacks a person for NO reason...so, the school is probably safe in assuming that part of that equation was made up by both parties, regardless of who started it.

When I was in school, I was never in any fights. There was one time this girl lied to her brother and told him I called her out her name. At that time, I was a str8 A student and was focused on getting into college. So, the kid walks up in my face and pushed my face to the side like "U called my sista a bitch or hoe or something"...

I looked at him and said "Yo sister is a liar." and walked away without hitting him back.

By the way, I graduated valedictorian from that school. The kid who pushed me, well, he was killed in an altercation outside of a club here in D.C.

ive seen ppl defend themselfes n git suspended, n tha person who attacked them didnt git in any trouble at all. lol, but i did see this asian foreighn exchange student git in a fight wif sum kid who threw a paper ball at him, he wuz like, jumpin in tha air n kickin tha guy in tha face, crazy shit, lol, n he didnt git in no trouble, but tha guy he wuz kickin got expelled, lol, werd

Defending urself is justified...But, in school, they SHOULD kick both students out...That'll scare mofos before they think to fight again.

What the hell are you smoking? Why kick out a kid who did nothing wrong, and was only defending himself... There isn't an answer, the rule is bullshit and in my opinion you are wrong.
