Download steam and buy the half life 2 silver pack. Probably the best game purchase you could ever buy... plus its pretty cheap.

You get half life 2, half life 2 deathmatch, counterstrike source, day of defeat source, half life source, and all the sick mods that people release using the source engine as well as all the mods that were released for half life 1.

Other than that, get black and white 2 when it comes out.

lol! yer half life 2 and counter strike: source, are decent. there's this online rpg game called guild wars, thats out, nd thats quite gud aswell

You gotta know what hardware you have lol...just cuz its a new comp. dont mean it can play new games.
