#1 Metaphor: Josh pounced on the loose ball like a tiger. Similie: Josh can't miss today, he's a machine. #2 if i where to say (his brain is a computer)< metaphor (his brain is like a computer)< simlie which one of those is the correct metaphor and the correct similie....just vote and lock dont try swayin votes, let people just have their say and see who's right... |

A simile uses "like" or "as" and in Metaphor #1.. "Metaphor: Josh pounced on the loose ball LIKE a tiger." ^it uses Like, therefore its a simile, not a metaphor. |
