Chicken before the egg??wtf?

by creating the chicken in his 7 days of creation. If you belive in the bible , then the chicken came before the egg.

but where does it define birds as specifically chickens

Birds could be metaphorical for winged creatures

and "water teeming with living creatures" could refer to the earliest lifeforms which existed in the water

creatures which would then evolve to become the chicken, so egg could in actual fact still potentially come before the chicken

the begining of genesis seems to just briefly sum up time, puttin their own religious twist on it, and in my opinion actually trivialises the issue of evolution....shit i bet there are a lot of airheads who only have a bible as a source of info on time and space and think its as simple as god saying "let there be light" etc.

Neither chicken or egg came first.

Small single cell organisms came first, which slowly built up to create a wide range of species. The chicken is an animal that would have slowly evolved from ancient animals that were probably larger and more robust.

Heres a tip....

The bible is not a history lesson.. Its a metaphorical fabel to explain the unexplainable in philosophical terms from back when science was non-existant.

bro, My original post is attacking the bibles scripture of being so mythilogical its not funny.

well here's the long story short:

all organism that give birth through eggs used to give live birth, but their body got so toxicly shocked that their body delivered their young in a self contained sack to get the young out of the body which hardens in the air and becomes the egg shell. The contents of the egg is still the exact same placenta as it'd normally be.

word is due to toxic shock, humanity will eventually give birth the same way.
