Rumors around the way are saying that Rocafella's Dame Dash and Jay-Z have beef and are in splitsville. The rumors stemmed from Dame Dash's signing of Harlem's Cam'Ron allegedly against Jay's wishes and the off comments Cam has made toward Jay in the press. New talk is saying that Jay will be leaving the Roc to form his own record company under Def Jam later this year. Despite the jabber, there was no apparent riff between the two as Dame did his dance for Jay-Z and held it down on stage throughout New York's Roc The Mic concert stop.

If he left, almost everyone would leave or put out wack shit until they got to leave (MOP, Beanie Segal, Memphis Bleek, Freeway etc...). The only people I could see staying if Jay left would be Cam'ron and his peeps. The Roc would lose so much.......

but j-z bein like da best mC wuz kinda like da leader and helped
