I think delinquent zero had better structure. I really didnt catch the flow of the section but i did catch his punchline here and there which were good.
Delinquent you didn't do bad at all. its kinda hard to decide My vote goes for delinquent for better structure and I think he did a better job. ONE

I liked the flows for both those rhymes there, I mixed with Delinquents betta tho, I think he's more goin with my style, The punches were good there, really liked the %0 line Zero, so my vote goes to DelinquentZero
