I was just wondering when he lists his list are those people he wants to make more money then or that he is setting a goal to surpass in the rap game? if so who the hell is Reggie?

Reggie is Redman

Redman aka Reggie Noble. And I think it's a list of who is rated higher then him (payd wise and respect wise). Thats why he fallows the list with "That Why When I'm Not Put On This List This Shit Doesn Nooot Afend Me."
Not shure though, just what I thought when I heard it.

he stated that his top ten of who are the greatest to him.. and he put himself last, plus said that he doesn't get offended when he's not on the list because he knows that he isn't the very best..
