Well for starters nobody is usually stupid enough to set a 30 minute time limit for a topical because who wants to read some sloppy jacked up crap that your trying to write fast. And secondly I usually write my stuff in 40 minutes to an hour then send a pm to my oponent saying I'll drop when you drop.
