ok so this is the long awaited, most valuable mag by the champ, himself. probably the very best you've ever read this season and probably will. so you better fucking acknowledge and appreciate my efforts, or i will show up at your doorway angry, shit i might even cuss a few times to your mother, then come to your room and slap the spit out of your mouth while proceeding to toss your monitor out of your second floor window. cheers and enjoy.


II....last week overview
where do i start besides saying that after the one week suspension, people are still checking in and the leagues alive. thanks to mr. write taking initiative and setting new battles up we can get this shit back on track with the right skills and determination. i aint gunna turn this shit into a pep talk thats not what i fuckin do..
Ok so a few decent battles this week and a whole shitload of noshows from a bunch of faggots that talk a good game and dont show the proof. I hope you bitches either take your writing seriously and drop something worthy of our reads or jump off the nearest cliff while a rope is tied from your neck to a parked car 10-15 feet away. I hope if you choose the second option, that your fragile spine doesn't snap right away, and so that you can choke slowly as the rest of the league watches you fade to your final moments, and then cut the rope at the time right before your pulse stops and you lose consciousness just to do so... anyways, civil, nick, burden, monkey bars, mr. write and LL cool K all noshowed. the list is getting smaller thankfully. jon had the rules followed to the very word. the sign in thread is starting to look like a contract lol the sign out thread is looking like the unemployment line, JTR had a crazy party and still manages to drop a verse, the topics last week pretty much sucked.. THOUGHTS for Writing Away Your Thoughts seemed limited. nothing interesting being talked about in the chat, and finally im here screaming lets get more activity poppin people!...

ntt dropped a straight perspective piece. the rhymescheme was kind of simple though. jtr dropped a pretty nice politically motivated piece, dont believe the shit on tv, its true, that it aint. the votes reeled in for jtr but because he dropped past the due date, he was disqualifed...

Civil. (1-1) vs Coke Dealer (1-1)
Civil signed out and coke got the noshow win.. boo

Implicit (0-0) vs MONKEY BARZ (0-2)
Monkey noshowed and Implicit didnt drop anything..

Johnny 6-feet (1-0) vs MurDaH187 (1-0) vs Burden (1-0)
burden was another fucking noshow, but at least this battle was semi-functional, murdah shows promising efforts, dropped a piece with decent imagery and better flow than usual, johnny dropped within his caliber and was a pretty good read.. was able to take the win.

Alphabetized (1-1) vs Fuck Yuu (0-1)
this was a decent matchup.. fuck yuu wrote on a topic nobody else chose to, about being institutionalized and came out ok, then alpha wrote a pretty crazy piece about a rerepeating killing spree. alpha showed a better side to him this week with the imagery in his storylines, taking the win.

Mr.Write (1-1) vs LL Cool K (1-1)
both noshowed.. step it up!

CARLA'S PIMP (0-1) vs one way (0-2)
one drops a pretty cool piece, definitely a couple nice bars in there. deserved a bit of feed before it was closed, but carla's pimp ended up being a fat fucking noshow.

so heres a fresh suggestion i was thinking of that could help out the league and add flavor, make it a priority to drop 3 topics in your check in and instead of having a topic thread, you must use one of the topics from someone elses check in. and the person with the most verses from there check in gets an extra win. I just thought it was good idea for a better expansion in topic choices. and its kind of an interesting motivation to drop.

both have a fair chance of winning, alpha has been dropping oms and keeping it live with the topic drops but its only to be expected that johnny has kept his own and the prediction is that he is going to keep the rec untarnished.

Coke Dealer (2-1) Vs. JTR (2-1)
hopefully jtr shows without the possibility of a dq. i only seen coke drop week one and was a pretty nice one, lets see if they both can drop and get a dope battle going, as for the prediction, it could go either way but jtr has been dropping nice all season.

Civil. (1-2) Vs. Nick Fletcher (0-2)
I never seen a topical from nick, but if its as bad as his fresh text than i don't think he has a chance in hell. civil says he signed out, you should rethink it fam, have fun and drop something.

MurDah187 (1-1) Vs. One Way (1-2)
not doubting murdah, but one's been dropping pretty nice this season too. I don't see him losing this, but its not impossible that murdah can put the story skills to the test and take this one.

Burden. (1-1) Vs. Jonathon (2-1)
burden hasn't dropped a piece yet so i can't tell where his skills at at this point and time, anyways i see jonathon taking this battle with ease, unless burden takes the time to show up properly.

Implicit (1-0) Vs. Mr.Write (1-2)
haven't seen implicit drop yet, but knowing what write is known for dropping hes sure to bring a good read. I got him taking it.

I aint being funny, but if you can't come up with fresh shit vs every opponent it implies that you don't have the creativity to battle them. No hate Nick, but you shouldn't be bragging about that.

Yeah but, its not that I couldn't... it's that I didn't want to.

I, along with SPuL wanted to fuck around in the SI tournament and make it a joke basically. When we battled in the first week, we both dropped lyrics from 8 Mile.. SPuL dropped the verse outside the chin tiki stand and I dropped Lotto's verse from his battle near end of movie.

Civil wouldn't let that fly, so then I dropped some poorly worded played ass shit with some MJ lines and I'm so hot lines. He wasn't having that either. So then I started to recycle my way through the tournament until Alpha spotted me. Then finally, after that I dropped a no-show verse against a guy I knew would show.

Needless to say, after that I ran out of ideas so I gave up. But bob was just one of the victims of my ongoing charade. The sad truth is that through all of those idiotic verses.. I never actually lost a single one of the battles. So that sorta speaks for the quality of the tournament itself.

Im saying, I dont get wtf you guys care so much for, im winning the tournament anyways LOL
