After all the tournaments that died, didn't have prizes delivered, I think it's time that a tournament that will deliver prizes and make it to the end is due.

That would just mean the second one will have sub par talent. If you're picking the people who are the best, then why would you give the sucky people an automatic bid into the next one? Doesn't sound like that one will be successful at all then.
