As I go to college campuses, I always hear them say that they try to diversify the campus. Yet on the application, they say race will not be used in a discriminatory manner. But we all know that if a white person and a minority have applications and let's say the decision is for the last spot in the Freshmen class, the minority will get it in order to diversify the campus. If I were that miority, I would feel very condescended to, almost pitied and given a free ride for my skin color. ooo his ancestors had it rough, give it to him. It will look good to be more diverse Doesn't matter who had the better application. This is why I don't mark my race down on any college application, or any app for that matter. I want these people to look at my achievements and goals and talents, not some fucking physical quality I was born with.

I was called many names for being white. They looked at me as though I was the main reason for the slave trade. I am arguing with you because you make it sound as though blacks set the guidelines for Hip-Hop, when it is a very expansive genre all on its own. I am saying that the minute you exclude a contributor from the group do to something of physical appearance, you automatically deny the group of that talent and hurt yourself. Hip-Hop is not black music. That is a racist statement all on its own. You make it sound like it is strictly for the blacks, and whoever else wants to be a part of it must be a black's "bitch" and listen to their rules. You make it sound like the black person can't listen to anything else.

Get off this idea that people must be separated by appearance.
