It works too. The graphic league has barely any no shows, and it is because of the extensions. I send PMs, IMs, and a newsletter every week. Threaten their posts, and they will show. Trust me.

yea i was banned for one no show and i was waiting on my return dang we need this league only good one out there...there has been no one showing for the strict two week thing and there is no give on extentions for credible reasons...
