Aight, here's my two cents:

Opener:Assasin cause it flowed nicely into the piece as a whole ( kings was choppy)
Closer:Assasin cause it delt out a punch while kings barley did anything
Personal: Assasin cause he mentioned kingpin's name in almost every verse
Flow: Tie, both flowed nicely

Overall: Assasin- Congrats on ya hot verse
