yeah man thats just what i did ive given up on trying to eliminate the background sound myself.. ive just been gettign accapellas from kazaa now

m section what i mean is you know how niggas like rza take a old record like a gladys night track and put it on their own instrumental.. well when you hear their instro you can barely heard any of the background music from the gladys night song.. i was just wondering how you can eliminate most of the background music of a sapmle and still keep the vocals of the sample at a high pitch.. but really i dont give a shit about that no more .. im a just get accapellas from kazaa

U spend hours at a time flippin the eq cuttin pieces of the instrumental out at a time.
But it doesnt sound too hot. So make for damn sure u usin a beat that will carry it. That is really the only way. U can use soundforge for that shit. Thats what i do.

sound forge and acid pro are made by the same company i believe, they do close to the same thing.
