well dawgfatha im sorry to tell you but those are facts.. go check out any website about murder per population...and you will see that rochester NY did have the highest murder rate based on population for 2003...chicago WAS the murder capital but now other lil cities are taking that over its based on population not on how many total...so chicago has alot more people than rochester does but on population rochester is the murder capital of US in 2003 something like 119 murders or 118 out of a couple thousand people ~!1!~ had to drop some knowledge on you again
