two completely different entities

anti-pop and anticon are way different things...different affiliates, different labels and what not...no connection between the two...

as for anticon...bastards got too weird...some of their shit was ok at first...i could stomach it...listened to it a little, usually because one of my friends was into it and played it a lot at his house, but now man...it's just garbage...there is a difference between being abstract and creative and just throwing together stupid shit that sounds so different from anything else that u're forced to call it abstract...they need to take a note from the aesop rocks, illogics, and even label mate sage francis...u can be abstract without being wack...

and yes...like has been stated in this thread many times...slug is ill and he is the man...

yea anticon is made up of some solid producers, about 3-4 creative emcees, and the rest r garbage...

sole is good with that poetry type rap, I like his style
dose one is wierd, hes more of a singer nowadays on their new songs...
sage francis is sickness, I aint feel him that much but I know hes def a great emcee
alias has potential, but lacks any solid albums to be called great

slug and eyedea are on rhymesayers, they know anticon but have seperated themselves from that style of music.
