actually Clinton did have to deal with terror threats and Hussein and all of them....... he was actually on the hunt for people like bin laden, until the impeachment trials began, and all his efforts for catching them was put in the background, and all the taxpayers money was going towards the trial..... maybe if america had put actual issues ahead of the Presidents gossip and relationships...... the terrorists couldve been gone before 9/11
