listening....(pick up a flow)....writing...........,reading.....recording. ...

I've have to say its a tie between writing and reading.......they both increase your vocabulary............

Listening helps wit my flow, Writing and reading helps my vocab...but i'd say it's the writing that helps me best...

Writing, listening, then reading....

Writing - This is what keeps my skills the sharpest. I constantly like to come up with new concepts and wordplay, and shit, this keeps my brain most active.

Listening - I like listening to underground people flow.....it helps me find new ways to flow to different beats, especially when I'm listening to a group.

Reading - I don't do much of this, so it actually doesn't help me...
