naw, i ain't on steroids...but i do take protein, creatine, glutamine, multi-vitamins, on/off cycle and eat a lot...........steroids are too expensive

No, I am not fat. It's called water retention. During the fall and winter I bulk up for bodybuilding competition, and then in the spring and summer I cut all the fat. Last year I got down to 4% body fat. It only last like 2 days though, cause after the comp. I start bulking up again. The stuff I take like creatine and the on/off cycle hold in water which helps regenerate cells within the muscle, and also helps with contractions to get a better pump. Blah blah blah...but I lose weight for competitions. Right now I'm at like 8%...but anyway, this is me and my bestfriend's dorm room. The side you see is his.
