Go To Control Panel & Go To Add/Remove, Then Remove It If It's There, If Not Go To Control Panel & Go To Factory Setting's, That Will Clean Your'e Computer & Reset The Whole Thing..

thats the fucked up part... it wont let me because the windows account im on is not an adminstator... so when i go to add/remove programs it wont let me...

yea but i cant make/ or delete account, or change account types cuz im not an administrator.. and their is no factory settings under control panel
