Tha Q 02-01-05 09:22 AM

^^^^Wut Im sayin is...I like a more sleek frame than bulky...dats all

and less weight is a way to do that...

bulk requires more weight...obviously...but diet is DEF. part of that

no doubt

What about my man-breasts?

Santa Clause 02-01-05 10:58 AM

bet you get more cut lifting heavy. heavy=more fibers used, it hits the muscle deeper, makes cuts deeper since the muscle itself will become bigger, and burns more calories because you exert more energy. light weight=less fibers, more of the motion, less calories burned.

man boobs need surgery

i might have used the wrong term...Im sayin the muscles will be defined, but not bulky...so toned...

cut can be big...But i don't train to look big...I train to look in shape...muscles with definition...

for the dumb bell exercises I do, I probably use as much as anyone would who is tryin to achieve that goal...
for example...30 lbs for bicep curls...etc...

feel me?

But, my issue is that Im not taking in enough clean-calories to bulk up...and Im actually attempting to...I could do the dietary meal replacement thing...but that shit makes my stomach hurt...I need about 22-2500 calories or more per day to maintain my current size...

Im eatin prolly like 1800...cuz im so damn busy...so I lose weight alot...then I gain it back...imma get it str8
