illmatico had the better personals.. both had a good structure and flow.. neither had multis.. TiLT had better wordplay and more connecting punches.. so basing off of that.. TiLT gets my vote..

I thinmk tilt took tis one wit harder punches and better mettas. not really too many personals in this one from you, but hard punches. yo structure and flow was on also.
illmatico, yo verse was ight, but i wasnt feelin it. i think yo punches were too soft, and yo wordplay lacked. work on better vocab homie, and you got it.
overall, my vote goes to tilt, he had better punches and mettas in this to me...
