best best best thing to do is to just get some rest...lay off the weights until the soreness stops
it might be a while...but when you get back in it youll feel like a monster like you could lift the weights mad easy because your muscles have had time to relax themselves and grow |
I need to get back into shit quicker though... thats the problem i always have to rest..

when you do the whole rest/excersice/rest/excercise etc. the more you do that routine shit the less youll feel it hurting, your body will be used to it after a while and it wont hurt nomore unless your adding a lot more weight...
