its pointless to even have a death penalty. they're doing the criminal justice, if your going to kill them don make a federal case of it, shoot the muhfucka on da damn spot it when they're caught, i mean seriously.....out of the people on this site, would you rather have to be in jail fo da res ov yo life and risk becoming someones biotch for da rest ov your life or die? cus i would kill my fuckin self before i risked droppin the soap in da shower in prison...

oh and for minors...they should get da same penalty adults get. if you can do da same sht they do, you can suffer da same consequences
