how do the points go in a 3-way battle????

2.
3.

If one person gets the #1 slot every time, then they will get the KO. The person who would get second would just get the win. However, if voters put different people in the slots, then the top two people get the regular win.

The rules say this

Required Voting
This league rests on the competitors voting on one anothers battles. Every week, every person competing in the league is required to vote on a minimum of 4 battles, and edit the links you voted on in your check in. If you fail to do so you will lose 2 votes for each link.

and da trus never put the links down to this battle so that means 8 votes DQued he had 10 1 of them was a raw vote which i said i didnt want and that would be 9 8 votes dqued is 1 and i had 1 so that means is a tie rite???.......

Why you decided to pm me this and then post it in here is a mystery to me. However, here is what I have to say;

Not only has DaTrusHurtz helped me mod the league these past few weeks, but I can guarantee without ever being on last week that he voted on damn near every battle.

That rule is not necessarily written in stone. Most people tend to drop votes but not leave links.. the point is that they vote. That "rule" is only there to prevent battles from being slept on.

All in all, the result of the battle will not be changed, and the rules will be edited next week to clarify the voting situation.

could u explain the part of the rules about dropping links- i've looked at some old battles and haven't seen links anywhere, so i dont really understand it

also, how does a threeway battle work for points and ko's
i would suggest

1st- 4 points (wins over both others, 5pts if KO over one person, 6pts if KO over both)
2nd- 1 point (win over 3rd, loss to 1st, 2pts if KO over 3rd)
3rd- -2 points (losses to both others)

Links aren't that big of a deal to me. This league is pretty active, and most battles get quite a few votes each week. However, if the battles start getting slept on the rule will be implemented heavily. Right now I just need to see battles getting enough votes to determine a winner.. because 1-2 votes doesn't do anything.

Threeway battles.. the top 2 people get a win.. if the person who got first place, got everybodys first place vote, then he/she will get the KO. If all the places are scattered, then it is just the top 2 people in votes who get the win. I can't award somebody 6 points in one battle, that will end up making people want to get into three way battles. That's just too many points in a league where 2-3 points can help you pass up quite a few people in the rankings.
