i do because i think they show people's effort and it's like a dedication to their work.

daz has a point, they seem inactive and whenever someone wins a award they get hyped thinking they're the best at their trade.

Categories like most hated, most popular, best moderator were categories for the yearly awards. Do y'all really see people voting those categories that y'all chose? Just asking because there's no point in putting a category that no one will vote in, feel me..

ok, i see your point, but when you win a tourny
that gives you bragging right in my opinion...
but when you get 10 peeps on a site of 100 active peeps
all that proves is you got freinds or groupies that read or
appreciate your drops...which in short doesnt constitue
for an award or bragging rights..get me..?

awards should be quarterly...every 3 months...

but for people who has never been on the site and want to know some info could look in the awards and see who's the best vet for such and such, who's one of the best topical heads and such.. i feel what you saying, but there are too many people that want awards to just say drop it.
