Overall, confidential didn't really come with any decent shit. He had one decent concept (trampline/backyard gear) but it was worded wrong and came out forced. His other lines were forced or didn't connect, whereas Fumin had some pretty chill wordplay and two of his four punches were decent. So, in conclusion, I'm going to vote for Fumin because he had better concepts, more punches, and better executed punches.
