Swaying isnt shit. The only people that give a fuck are wack. If two decent heads had a battle, there probably wouldnt be any swaying because decent heads arent underhanded with the IMing for votes and so on.

If someone comes along and says hey this guy was swaying with a link to a thread about the battle, hes obviously not gonna go further into it and investigate your circumstances.
