According to CEP's user manual, they do have a built-in Noise Gate that's a cleaning filter, but if not there's a SHITLOAd of third party companies that make plugsin for CEP that does the same thing.

Nah, noise reduction cuts a frequency that it calculates is "noise", but this can augment your sound horribly, just like hiss reducer will hack the shit outta your mids. That's much different form a noise gate. Not using a Noise Gate is the reason you need a noise filter, lol.
