i think he just he sold out but not for permanent....i was watchin a thang on mtv2 and he was talkin bout his hits...and they got on the subject bout why he made "when im gone" and he was talkin bout how he made that song cuz he was feelin guilty that he was leavin his family ta rap and do shows..and that he doesnt know what point he is in with rap..which kinda looks like he realized he sold out..but it aint cuz he lost talent and i dont think its the money that made him sell out i think the guilt he was talkin bout made rap more of a job ta keep up wit instead of sumthin u doin for fun..and half his shit nowadays his shit is trash cuz its forced..so im sure he's forcin it and thats why its all trash cuz he lost his spirit..i think after he retires liek he says hes gonna do after his greatist hits cd im sure he's gonna quit but he's gonna wanna do it again after a while and thats when the real em will shine again..it was almost the same wit pac except he never really forced it..pac wanted ta quit rap when he got locked up in the penetentary but regained his inspiration and motivation after he looked back at how many hataz he had..im sure if he wasnt in jail at that time he probably woulda put out a wack album if he was gonna continue rappin...im sure once em is away from it all for a while he'll regain his talent ta make some dope shit again
