jin is much better known, jin made it onto a bigger label than canibus to me that makes him the most successfull to come from the net.

jin has still made a huuuuuuuuge impact on the battling scene all over the world, he has done more than canibus has.

So when somebody says a negative thing to somebody else, the one being offended should really not care...because that is his or her competition.

Do you really think that record executives give a flying fuck about who your friends are..? No, if somebody is better than you, they will take that person over you, if they take either one of you at all.

In human nature, this will lead to jealousy, even the slightest bit of it.

Some may think of their music as a hobby, so that may be the only possible exception in these circumstances.
