For really talented artists it does.

Unless you offer them an amazing contract, they probably won't sign with you unless you have some street cred or at least have contacts.

yeh, your right.

But beleive me there is a LOT more to it than respect. I have local and futher respect for my music.
But it still isnt that simple to set the label up. but we more than on our way.
