Personally, I think that a person should be credited with an extension at the discretion of the moderator and not the battler.

And Kemp could only like grant extensions if he thinks they are deserved....

EXAMPLE: If some dude is constantly dropping late, and not voting properly and being an ass then he don't get shit. Whereas, if its like only the 2nd time he has arrived late and he votes decent and contributes to the league then he would get one.

And then, obviously if Kemp refuses to grant the extension it THEN falls to the other battler to decide whether or not to give it to his opponent.

word some of these rules need to be revised
Kemp you should let the LBL battlers vote on certain issues like the above
