lots of choices. you can do a LOT with Audacity, that shit's like Vocalists best friend.

a step above that is stuff like Audition, Cakewalk, Acid, Cubase, Garage Band, etc etc, and lots of other programs repackaging those features


then the top shelf is Protools and Logic.


If youre a cool edit statistic I'd say upgrade to audacity

Yo i've heard about audacity being better, but do you think you could post up a tutoriol on audacity for the basic users because some of us aint know, ive only ever recorded on cool edit
