Actually, I agree with this as well.

Because the people who made the most money were the owners of the World Trade Center. Got a fucknig huge ass insurance plan months before 9/11. Boom, planes hit, and the owner gets a big fat insurance claim.

Even if it wasn't planned, he STILL got mega-rich.

and yeah they did a horrible thing but for the position our government is with fighting terrorist u gotta give 'em credit for how genius faking a terrorist attack is. they get money and get to go to war and do w/e they want and we haven't been attacked since... so our country is stronger for it all around. but idk if thats really a good thing or not, im sure we'll find out soon

i watched loose change part 2 but then i watched the same video with someone else arguing points that loose change made while the video plays and gives his own examples...and to be honest, i think there was something behind 9/11 but i think we're asking the wrong questions

i think it was

a. for the insurance money
b. to reinstill a sense of fear in the american people to justify actions that the people were questioning the motives behind

insurance money theory is flawed simply because the pay out Silverstein received from the towers coming down he's basically lost throughout the costs he's had to pay to re-build the towers...so far it's cost him nearly double his payout to re-build the towers...so...how did he benefit?

however do you even see building work being carried out

cos i don't it looks like that place has been left there as is

so he's laughin all the way to the bank

bruv...building plans are in place...you think the materials needed are gonna be cheap?...given the fact that the original towers were over 1,000ft high...the only people that will benefit from this are the construction workers...oh and the tax man...

oh and also Silverstein has a 99 year lease on the 3 buildings and the land it was on, which i'm guessing he's still paying for...

do you think the guy would be stupid enough to match the price of construction with the pay out

it would be a shite investment and we both know it

therefore it's more than likely that he will make sure whatever lil bullshit structures built there do not rise above a certain fraction of the payout

profit and all that

his payout was HALF of what the insurance company originally estimated...

so how's he gonna build 2 x 1000ft + towers with a budget of under 2 billion?
