yeah, but what North Korea is doing with all the food that is coming into the country for humanitarian reasons are being confescated by the government and sold back to the public. How do you think they got the money to not only run a nuclear program, but have enough of an abundance to test a nuclear bomb, all while their country is stricken with poverty?

The UN decided to vote on imposing sanctions on North Korea and the vote was unanimous. Not one single representative voted against the idea and the voting was completed in a relatively short amount of time....

Embargo's will hurt them. Sanctions that are being Passed will kill the economy. Which may force them to act rashly, but by that time. Everyone will be ready for it.
