make sure youre eating a fuck ton of meat if youre gonna bodybuild... you cant be a vegetarian and build muscle mass...
when you starve yourself of protein like that your brain just floods your body with estrogen...thats why guy vegetarians are always tiny peace-loving dweebs and girl vegetarians are always batshit crazy... you need to be getting a gram of protein a day for every pound of body mass...more if youre trying to build yourself up... |
