A manager can be anyone you simply indicate as your "Manager". As long as yopu trust them and they know what the fuck they doing, they can be assigned your mamager.

On a underground level that your on, I wouldnty stress to much about finding and paying for a proffesional manager. Rather stay making contacts in the industry and you will naturally meet someone who will be willing to manage you.

Usually, labels have assigned managers for there artists.

Or do what Im doing and manage your self.
