I hope you don't expect guys to admit if they're "feminine" or not
should've said if they're a lil' metro-sexual or something

but that doesn't really cover it either cuz metro's are just pretty boys that get manicures, peticures and dress preppy ...which reall has nothing to do with actual sexuality...I'm pretty sure there's gay NBA and NFL players...1 in 10 people are gay so statistically it's impossible for them ALL to be straight

I got a question though, before people really knew you were gay, did you "switch" and shit like that or did you over compensate and be hard cuz you didn't want people to know?...sometimes people are just being them and it has nothing to do with sexuality, it's just how they are so either way it doesn't have anything to do with sexuality...but with that being said, you CAN often times determine who's straight or not by their mannerisms, wardrobe and speech, but not always

some males are just efiminite, even though they're straight as an arrow
just like some gay guys are the "man's man" into sports and stuff real hard

^^yea...I jus thought about that...no one would ever admit to being feminine, even if they were...And, I'm not hyper masculine or feminine...I'm a regular guy when it comes to that...When I was younger, I felt self-conscious because of my height...So, I always thought that made me feminine for some reason. Now, I know people dig height on a man.

I'm a decently "hard" guy. I mean i scare people at my job but i also have naturally curly and long eye lashes and other suddle features. Looking at me dead on you can tell i'm a dude and an ugly one really...but when i was in brese il, (this racist hick town) with my friend greg, i had my hair braided and i sat down in a chair across the room, just looking at my braids and the bottom half of my face i guess she thought i was a girl. She asked if he brought his girlfriend down and said i was quite attractive. Then I stood up and she got nervous and shit....ummm...yo. This story doesnt leave the forums...yo.

I walk pretty normally and wear clothes that arent in fashion. -_- Not sure if im masculine or feminine.

its actually the same with women now...women like 20-30 years ago used to have high singsong voices, now women subconciously make their voices lower than they really are...plus all these bitches actin hard n shit girls dont wanna have to be protected no more....plus like long hair was considered womanly now all these girls chopping their hair off...it goes both ways but yeah i see what u talkin about

JTR 11-12-06 01:58 AM

Lol... I don't think men are more feminine these days, but i'm not really checking men out, so I guess Q would know better

Vokes 11-12-06 04:52 PM

its because of women. if a man could walk around in his average derelict deamenor and not worry about if he can "score" with women then he would. in today's reality - womanistic society have placed an importance on how their men look, so we try to better our appearence....for pussy.

personality wise I believe it comes down to a man's role models, if he spent most his life around mom and grandma and dad was not around or always busy, then yes, of course he'd unintentionally acquire and immitate those mannerisms to a certain degree.

i scratch my balls on a regular basis,I'm an athelete yet im also a very well-groomed young man. I get my hair cut and nails done bi-weekly, my wardrobe also consists of more than just t shirts and baggy jeans and hoodies, and I work out everyday. All this, why? because women love it..they love me.

^Tru...But, wanna know what I've discovered? Females are attracted to you when you

A) Show your sensitive side
B) Make them laugh

I have at least 3 chicks at work who'd give it up to me in a heartbeat if I wanted it.

i definitely know what you mean, and i think dudes are finally realizing that girls dont want a dude who acts hard 24/7. and i live on a college campus too, and i think its a particularly strong trend on college campuses, because dudes are becoming more comfortable with their intelligence, which isn't thought of as being "hard" usually...
