I dont believe in god, so ultimately, if you strip us of civilization, then we'd only have the brute instinct to live. Thats the only true responsibility, everything else is a result of our social sadomasochism.

What do you mean?

^ i went to a funeral yesterday for a 14 year old boy, and one thing the pastor (who was also the father of the child) KEPT stressing while preaching on the subject was that GOD is faithful. we always think that WE need to be faithful, which we do... but its important to remember that God has faith in US, especially through hard times like this...

God is faithful...YES HE IS!

That means he doesn't break promises like we do.
