I gad temp councilling and they give u techniques, they mainly said before i was about to get up and do/say somethn about what got me vexed to stop for a couple of seconds, breathe and count to 10 slowly holding your breathe. Do it 3 or 4 times and should calm u down.

its nuts though first my heart starts beating solid n shit and then my body goes numb n shit like my mind can't sense nuthin but my anger it's crazy man

Buy a punch bag. Take your anger out on that. Afterwards you feel really chill. I'm not an angry person, but if I'm feelin annoyed at whatever, a quick session batterin the fuck outta a punch bag really helps you feel calm.

Thats true. They also reccomend playing a sport or going to the gy regularly. Relieves the tension as you can channel your aggression through either of these.

Fuck Tekken yo, when I was 12, my friend was kicking my ass in that game, so I pushed him just fucking around, and he did the same but I fell out of my chair and ripped my shirt on something, I was heated, I grabbed a knife to rip his shirt and got him right in the arm :laugh: He didnt talk to me for like 2 years but were tight now

@ DM though...if you truely got anger problems and shit, you should either A. learn breathing techniques and mental techniques that will help you calm and control your adrenaline or B. Kill someone
