They also said bill clinton is charming, and he's likeable. Just because they said bush is likeable one time, doesn't mean we have to now vote for everyone who people don't like. Bill was good. Even if I think most people who say he's "good" don't actually know why they think he's good, they just say it. And by "good" I mean as for the economy. If everyone forgot, he bombed an african building claiming it was a "weapons factory" and it turned out just to be making aspirin. -_- He wasn't exactly perfect.

Bill was a good president because he reconciled the country...and everyone knows prosperity is about perception as much as recession is...

And, even though he committed adultery with like 10 women or more, his popularity actually increased after he was impeached.
