The song "Cop Killer" is all on some "Fuck police brutality", "police pulled me over for nothing", etc.

Ice-T's character Detective Tutuola on SVU doesn't roll around in a squad car looking for youths to harass. He hunts down rapists and gets 'em off the street.

There's a bit of a difference.
