It seems like you missed most of what I said, which was she probably deserved to get her ass beat, but the lack of audio doesn't give us the best idea why. Only a shoe being kicked off, which doesn't look like it should earn that kind of assault, so she may have done something else.

Then you brought up "maybe she was beaten when they took her out". So I added to my "assumption" that she probably deserved that too.

Nothing that she does not do on the spot calls for a beating.

No, only something she's done to deserve it ON THE SPOT, so the whole story has a higher probability of meaning either she was beaten more than what it shows, or she literally was using her own words against herself and was trying to say "Yeah I was reaching for my knife....."
