Well this can be handled easily. Just go through the people and if they have been off for more thne a month ban them. Unless they posted a reason for leaving or something like that. Pretty easy, if they decide to come back then they can sign up again.

You know why it happens most of the time? - they use email adresses they cant access because on some Vbulletin boards, you can register without having the link emailed to you, at RB, you need access to the email adress to click the link - hence - those who try to register with email accounts they cant acess become 'registered' but are unable to post.
