fuck rap...I'm a hip hop head
|
im a rap and hip hop and everything in between head.
nothing, you can tell me, will change who i am, and what i like. i personally like bling bling songs sometimes.and i like to hear about gangsta shit sometimes. most of time i can relate to the music i listen too. it may not be the most intellectual subject matter.. but it is reality for most inner city youth. and with punks. they're kind of lame.. cause alot of them incoporate rhyming into they're music. my advice to you is. if you love something.. stick up for it.. and respect it... and don't let anyone change your views on it.people are always going to hate on what they don't know, or understand.. so just let them live on their ignorance. your not the only one who loves hip hop divinty. |
its not that hard: just remember this inside your head everytime a hater comes up to you:
"I dont give a fuck what this person thinks" and by rap/rock crossovers do you mean stuff like linkin park? they aint annoying, they make great music. Dont u see what youre doing? saying fuck hip hop haters for being so close minded when your saying fuck rap/rock fans.... just cos u like rap as your fav music type doesnt mean all other stuff sucks and vice versa... but i do agree that commercial rap like 50 cent is kinda pointless except for the beat... if anyone claims that they listen to inda club or shake ya tailfeather for the lyrics, they arent true rap fans |
Ok Dont Get Me Wrong And Stop Sayin "FUCK RAP"....
there is a difference between hip hop and rap.. and this thread is about hip hop one |
Personally I think those type of people are really missing out on something great. Some people dont like hip-hop just b/c its not their taste in music or maybe they just dont like hear'n all the mainstreme shit wit the "bling bling, and dolla dolla bill yall" type of shit. People are sometimes really not open minded about things and its sad. If you look as hip-hop as the culture that it is and its many elements, I think that they would in turn love it and become fans. Ive always lived in an area where hip-hop was the dominant music and braught styles that pretty much everyone was into too(BROOKLYN). But idk, if they dont like it then they dont like it, everyones got their own opinion. So w/e w/e.......shit doesnt even matter, hip-hop can do without people like that, 1

people dont realize that hip hop is our culture that we loved realizing we were part of when we was growin up, and those ignorant annyoing haters dont realize that if they open theyr mind they cans see all the good fun shit about it.

Yes, because I love proving them wrong and shutting their ignorant mouths |
My friend used to be strictly rock, saying all rap is garbage, etc., now he listens to the same gangsta stuff and enjoys it. The good stuff too as well as rock. But he probably only became more open-minded because rap is cool, but hey, whatever.
